I'm a portuguese student and I do erasmus in Venice IUAV, September 2010 until June 2011.
As I am in Portugal, I have many difficulties in finding place to live in Venice,a location that is near the IUAV.
I would like to rent a room in a house or flat, pagamdo or maximum of 300 € / month.

Cool site, sin totally scarce information on homes for sale. Photo Semi-existent or useless, maps and plans for more’ illegible. C’e’ much room for improvement, especially considering that buyers do not live for more’ venice.. Greetings

My name is Francis and I am the webmaster of the study Realty Wax, I recently read your comment on our site and would like to know specifically what information on real estate, according to her, would be more appropriate to publish in our web sites / portals. Regarding “photos semi-non-existent or useless” I, if possible, her to be more precise about. We are one of the few (if not the only) Venice agency that performs almost professional photo shoots. I am doing everything I personally photograph all of the spaces of the specific properties and then, once back in the office “sticharle” with a specific software for the realization of wide-angle photos and digital filters by adjusting color balance, contrasts, brightness and other various things that I'm not telling.
As for the seedlings, published on our website are our choice unclear because of unfair competition (we work exclusively and do not collaborate with anyone, This means a few buildings but great quality / price ratio) and the network just to give users an idea of what the property.
I hope to have been clear in these few lines, and I hope to get an answer, Thank you for your availability and for your time.

il vostro sito è davvero,a primo impatto per colori,grafica ed originalità…di classe!!!Elegante,chiaro,ordinato,professionale.In poche parole mi è piaciuto molto documentarmi,soprattutto la novità dei video ed il numero delle foto.L’unico problema,che poi nn ho idea da chi dipenda…a volte nn son riuscita ad aprire foto o video,quando ci ero riuscita il giorno prima!!!Questo mi ha dato fastidio,ma nn è un’accusa,in quanto nn so da cosa dipenda,ripeto.Ci è piaciuto da matti la piantina tridimensionale,a me e mia figlia,cosa assolutamente nuova per noi!Complimenti sinceri per la vostra professionalità!

La ringraziamo di cuore per i complimenti e sono personalmente felice che il mio lavoro e quello della designer venga apprezzato dai visitatori. Per quanto riguarda le foto non saprei ora come ora risalire a capo del problema. Purtroppo penso non sia legato a un problema sul nostro server bensì al gestore esterno delle photogallery al quale ci appoggiamo (FlickR di Yahoo).
