STUDENT PROJECT – ERASMUS
One of the interesting services that Ve.NICe. Wax Property held for years is the acceptance and accommodation of foreign students, Erasmus in,or the teacher away,one of the many apartments in the heart of our management University of Venice.
Our strength is our international focus supported by a multilingual staff.
What we offer is support for those who, maybe for the first time, is to have to do with living in a foreign city.
The lease can be translated into multiple languages, to facilitate understanding of the contractual conditions to the student. Furthermore, the aliens are seen beginning in the performance of the bureaucracy necessary to hire and, subsequently, accompanied at all stages of the tenant in the housing unit rented accommodation. If necessary, the student is instructed on the conduct daily facility and maintenance of things inside the apartment.
Our aim is to facilitate foreign students who, at times, struggle to fit in our small, but busy city.
A growing number of requests for rental by students who, advance a few months, contact us to block the apartments for their future study period in Venice; and also through word of mouth and the Student Forum that we realize how important it is for them to find a point of reference, regarding their accommodation, before embarking on their adventure University.
It 'also a result of their suggestions, we propose today at various universities in Europe's Office, to establish a relationship of mutual understanding and possible cooperation in the service orientation of the student who is preparing to take the Erasmus project in our city.
