The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is very wide and bright. The furnishings are traditional, so that you can live immersed in the style of the past.

MONTHLY RENTAL: 1.000,00 euro
AGENCY COMMISSION: 10% of the total amount of the rental + VAT (minimum fee € 600.00 + VAT)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1.000,00 euro

EXPENSES:
– End-of-lease cleaning: 250,00 euro + vat (with apartment returned in good condition)
– Optional bed linen and towels (change every 15 days): price on application
– Utility costs (internet included): monthly prepayment with final balance
– City tax 20,00 euro
