A few steps from the waterbus stop of Santo Spirito, in the district of Dorsoduro, an area loved by artists for its proximity to Punta della Dogana and the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection, we rent a nice apartment fully furnished, finely restored and equipped with a comfortable and spacious terrace.
The living area is equipped with a large table where you can have lunch and a sofa bed for one and a half. The kitchen is cleverly separated by a sliding door and is equipped with every comfort possible.
The sleeping area has a double bed and the bathroom has a large and comfortable shower.
Transitory contract for non residents.

AGENCY COMMISSION: 10% of the total amount of the rental + VAT (minimum fee € 600.00 + VAT)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1.200,00 euro

– End-of-lease cleaning: 250,00 euro + vat (with apartment returned in good condition)
– Optional bed linen and towels (change every 15 days): price on application
– Utility costs (internet included): monthly prepayment with final balance
– City tax 20,00 euro
