We rent for transitional use a modern apartment just renovated, developed on the first floor, furnished with design furniture and a strong character, complete with every comfort (air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi connection), consisting of large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Euro 1,000.00 per month + expenses, for rentals from 4 to 8 months (available from November).

MONTHLY RENTAL: 1.000,00 euro
AGENCY COMMISSION: 10% of the total amount of the rental + VAT (minimum fee € 400.00 + VAT)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1.000,00 euro
EXPENSES:
– Final sanitation 100,00 euro (with apartment returned in good condition)
– Optional bed linen and towels (change every 15 days) 50,00 euro for each change
– Utility costs (internet included): 200,00 € forfait
– City tax 20,00 euro
